For faster stock removal, belt sanders can be used on both wood and sheet steel for de-rusting.

Multi-Sanders

These sanders use a combination of both orbital and rotary motion for fast stock removal and smooth, mark free finishing.

The rubber base plate makes this very suitable for contoured surfaces and the stick-on, peel-off system makes it very easy to change grit sizes and types.

Orbital Action Sanders

The base plate actually orbits in approximately 6mm diameter, for fine smoothing of surfaces.

Random Orbital Action Sanders

The orbiting action described above is augmented with a full circular rotation of the base plate to create a far better finish than conventional sanders.
